ProVideo & Film, Inc. is a full service production company. We can assist you at every stage of production, on any size project. The range of our experience covers everything from limited distribution corporate video work to multi-spot Super Bowl campaigns.

In the concepting stage of a project we can help you find the copywriters and creatives that will bring your project to life. We are not an advertising agency. Nor do we pretend to be. But, we do have a roster of incredible freelance writers/directors that can build off your preliminary ideas. Or in some cases, start from scratch. Many of our clients have really come to depend on our brainstorming sessions.

We're the classic over-communicators and that's a good thing! In pre-production we will help you set a workable production timeline based on your deadlines, find the right cast, secure the perfect locations, build sets, shop for props and wardrobe, conduct tech scouts, and hold the necessary meetings to keep everyone informed.

Casting is often tricky business. The right talent can make or break a project. To help secure the right people in the right roles, we have access to limitless amounts of union and non-union talent. We can also provide SAG signatory services. Access to celebrity agents? You bet! Don't forget that perfect voice talent. We'll help you there too!

On the shoot day, it's time to watch the creativity come alive. Our attention to detail in the pre-pro process has a direct correlation to success on the shoot days. Much of our new business comes from the buzz that is created during and after our shoots. We want our clients, talent, crew, and vendors to be blown away by the shoot experience and get the word on the street. Results truly speak volumes. Which is why so much of our business comes from existing customer referrals.

We have everything you need and more. And if we don't have it in-house, we'll get it ASAP. We have our own - sound stage, HD cameras, lighting packages, crane, dolly, and audio. Beyond this we have excellent relationships with the top vendors around the country to supply us with the latest technology and tools to get your job done in the best way possible.

It makes our customers feel secure when they realize that our edit staff has over 50 years of combined experience. This superstar team knows how to make your project take flight. A combination of Adobe Premiere and Avid systems also allows us to work seamlessly with other edit houses in different regions when necessary. Internally, we can handle high-end graphic requests and 3-D animations.

Audio is icing on the cake. From custom music to music libraries, we can handle all of it for you. With access to leading composers in Nashville, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Madison we can help you come up with something unique and memorable for your project. The same goes for voice talent. Let us find and bring in the VO that will have you saying "WOW!"

We know that the job isn't done until you have the deliverables in your hand. We take care of all of that in-house as well. We are capable of delivering television spots in HD or SD. We are also Madison's only authorized DG/Fast channel provider for delivering broadcast ready spots electronically. We can author DVD's and Blue Ray discs as well as provide small-scale DVD duplication. We can also handle specialized formats for video walls. Electronic files (wmv, mov, mpeg) of all final edits can be created and delivered for your files.

In a word. EVERYWHERE. Our primary office, where we house our production equipment and post facilities, is in Madison, WI. We also have a satellite office in Los Angeles, where we prep our LA-based shoots. We have a combined experience that includes shoots in virtually every state in the U.S. Internationally, our experience includes Canada, the Caribbean, Hong Kong, Italy, Mexico, Prague, and the United Kingdom.
